I feel that Dr. Woodson is very helpful medically. My biggest issue is with scheduling and wait time. The last three visits, I have had to wait for about an hour and was only seen after going up to the desk to find out why I was waiting so long. I had a follow up appointment that was rescheduled twice and should have been on Octobern 10 instead of November 27!

Dr.Woodson is great! She comes into the exam room with a smile, asks a few questions, makes a diagnosis, recommends treatment and leaves with a smile. I had changed facial washes then had a breakout. Using the OTC products that Dr. Woodson suggested my face was clear within a week. Using Cleaver Dermatology is a smart decision; be smart and make an appointment with Dr.Woodson.

Great! Everyone was nice and professional, as well as being knowledgable of their job. Also, when I called to get am appointment the phone was answered on the second ring by a very professional young lady that was very helpful in getting my appointment scheduled.

Dr has great bedside manner, full body analysis (which I was not expecting) and made recommendations for things unrelated to why I was there. Process was fully explained, quick and painless.

Hopefully I won’t have any squamous cell carcinoma pop up anywhere else. Dr Cleaver is so compassionate and concerned with your comfort in a not so comfortable situation.

Friendly front office staff, as was doctor's assistant. Appointment on time. I felt like I received a thorough exam, and Dr. Gardner explained her findings as she went through a a routine skin check. She answered all my questions, and offered some helpful advice on sunscreen usage. Great experience, I plan to be back annually for a skin cancer screening.

My appt was on time, Dr.Nathan Cleaver was outstanding, he was attentive to my questions and he answered all my concerns. My minor cysts removal went extremely quickly. I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in promptly. There were 2 folks ahead of me but the wait wasn’t long. I was ushered into the exam room, answered pertinent questions asked by the nurse and she proceeded to prepare the site. When she was done, the Dr came, explained what he was going to do, asked if I had questions and proceeding with the task at hand. Everything went smoothly, they verified I felt alright, gave me instructions for care and then went onto what I assume was their next appt. The nurse then cleaned the area up and applied a topical ointment to help healing and I scheduled my next appt for stitches removal. Very straight forward and smooth.

Everything was fine. The only slight criticism I have is I always want a total complete inspection of all the skin on my body. You are the only doctor that looks at my complete body. The GP's today don't even have you take off your shirt. So if I have any type of a skin issue, you are the only one who will catch it. Jeff

Dr Waxweiler was very thorough in checking moles and spots.

Good experience with Dr. Cleaver. However I would have liked to pick up my prescription on my way home and not have to make a trip back to town. I called my pharmacy and the prescription had not been called in. That was Thursday and on Friday the prescription had still not been called to my pharmacy. So the pharmacy had to call Cleaver's off ice to get the prescription. This needs to be corrected.

Interesting! I liked how she was very thorough and cautious with moles that concerned her. Exactly what I was looking for. However she talked a lot about eye and prostate exams and the importance. Also talked really fast about examining yourself, how frequent you need to and what to look for. In addition kept talking about a sun pill she takes daily or weekly or monthly…not sure. A not much for the first visit. But really like her and the fist bumps!!

The entire team at Cleaver is incredible. I’ve had 2 Mohs surgeries with Dr Cleaver with great results. He has a wonderful bedside manner and explained every step which was very important to me. So relieved to find such a professional and caring practice group.

First time visit and highly recommend. The entire staff was friendly, professional and efficient. PA and doctor took time to explain things to me, didn’t feel rushed and they were thorough.

I was very satisfied with the procedure performed on me except for pre-preparation around the wound area on my head. I feel it would have been better to shave the hair around the surgical area for the placement of the wound dressing and adhesive bandage after the surgery to avoid the pain and agony of hair pulling when the bandage was to be removed. The warm shower and soap didn't help as was recommended.

Dr Woodson is a very professional and conscientious doctor who actually cares about her patients! I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist!

Very professional and caring! Went for a follow-up on my nails (trauma to the nail beds). He did my yearly skin check and commented on how well I've maintained the use of sunscreen. My husband really wants to start seeing him and my mother-in-law wants me to call and get her set-up with him!

Dr.V is amazing. She knew exactly what my skin issue was. She prescribed me the topical and it cleared my issue quickly.

A little late to the exam room but pretty good for the afternoon shift. Using all of the information in their database they really make you feel like they know you personally. Dr. Clever always positive, quick to resolve any issue. He has done several MOS surgeries that turned out very nicely.

I had a very good experience with Ms. Watson. She took her time and addressed my concerns. However, as I have gotten older and see more and more doctors, I would appreciate the notes of the visit to be available to me due to my poor memory. A lot was discussed about new non-steroidal creams and I became very confused on the discussion. In addition to this, I am hard of hearing so struggle to hear all that is discussed between myself, the nurse and Ms. Watson.

I met with Dr. Waxweiler today for a cosmetic consultation. He looked at me closely and gave me a great game plan to combat my melasma! The amount of time he took to explain the process and how we would treat during the summer then possibly change it up during the fall built my confidence in my skin care routine. Experience was Ok. Did not feel like PA Wisely was sensitive to the pain she was causing Dr Waxwiler’s treatment of pre cancers on my face was nowhere near the pain I felt. She did not seem to be aware of my distress. My face was in blisters before I left the parking lot Both she and the assistant seemed very young and inexperienced. However I did make appt for may with Dr Woodson.

All was good until I got to CVS. I waited an hour before arriving and the script was not there. I was given a list for face moisturizers. A decision was difficult. I use Aveeno for a body wash since it was on a list from you last year. My skin is great. I wanted to buy the Aveeno face moisturizer but didn’t. I glad to have seen Dr. Woodson.
