Hannah was SO patient and kind with my daughter! This was a traumatic experience as my 6yo’s earrings were embedded in her ears. It was taking us awhile to calm her down, but Hannah remained extremely calm and kind the whole time and solved the problem for us!! My daughter’s ears are healing beautifully!

Dr Waxweiler is very technically competent and he has a great personality! He is young enough to remember the important new research from med school and he also has the years of clinical experience necessary to handle absolutely anything!

My body has been through a stroke, cancer surgery, chemo, radiation... since 2020. Thank you for your great care.

This was my first time at a dermatologist and I am so glad I was referred to the Cleaver group! Mathew was so patient and took the time to explain everything that was going on! I had a zillion questions and he calmly and thoroughly answered them. I didn’t feel rushed and feel like I got 5 star care!

I like Dr. Waxweiler, but during my last visit, I felt that he might have been running late, so I felt that I was kind of rushed through. He claimed to going big guns on my eczema, but ordered medication that I have been taking in the past, (from other Drs. with only minimal results). Looking forward to my next appointment and hopefully there will be a little time for a one on one conversation.

She was wonderful, very knowledgeable of what medication to prescribe for my benefit. It was an overall great experience

All these doctors will put you on piils, creams, or other drugs instead of looking for the root of your problem. They don't help you to find a reason for your skin condition. They will give you all kind of medication or suggest a vaccine to try without talking about the side eff⁰ects. Please avoid this place ...unless you are ok. with taking steroids and other dangerous drugs.

Over the years I have seen many Doctors from Family physicians to specialists. On my only visit with Dr. Waxweiler, I must say that I am totally impressed with the attention given to the patient as well as the problems for which the appointment was made. This is my impression from a first visit. We'll have to see how my symptoms react to his treatments.

On my previous visits, my wait time was short. But this visit I waited about 45 minutes before being brought back to the exam room, thus the one star deduction. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and Hannah Kim, PA did a good job freezing pre-cancerous spots. The doctor who no longer works there didn't have the best aim and either missed parts of the spots or went beyond the area. The PA has better accuracy which I greatly appreciated.

Explained skin numbs for me.

Dr Waxweiler is very pleasant person. Took care of several precancerous spots in the office. Inspected past skin surgeries. Addressed my questions. All good. I addressed my concerns with the new tablet sign-in. Totally unacceptable requests of my personal information; those questions such as my city/state of birth; has nothing to do with my dermatology concerns. Dr Waxweiler shares my concerns over the privacy issue, and said he would look into it. I, like many others, have experienced data breaches, re-issued credit cards, etc. Dark web reports with my breached personal information keeps occurring, but questions requested on the new Cleavermedicalgroup sign-in table hit new lows requesting information not yet breached for me, to my knowledge.

The office staff and Rebecca were very friendly. Thankful for the treatment plan changes to help my son. Only downfall was the wait time was little longer than anticipated. Our appointment time was at 3pm but didn’t see her until 350pm.

The office is professional and friendly. Dr. Waxweiler has a great bedside manner and is accompanied by two nurses during patient's examination. He is very thorough and gives the patient time to express any concerns he/she may have. The offices and bathroom are clean. When a patient arrives, the receptionists focus on checking the patient in and do not chitter chatter among themselves. They give the patient their undivided attention.

Nice, very informative and the entire staff is genuinely helpful. They are very efficient efficient as well, I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. An additional bonus, on top of their five star rating, is the unmistakable Easter morning excitement that washes over you as you find candy EVERYWHERE throughout the office. I'm sold.

I recently had Mohs surgery on my forehead. They made it easy and were flexible on scheduling the appt. The front desk staff was super friendly when I walked in (I was a bit nervous). The Assistant that took me back was polite and friendly and briefed me on what was going to happen. Dr. Cleaver was extremely polite, quick and helped me understand what was about to happen. I was there for a while, but the waiting room was pretty comfy.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Woodson. She was kind thorough and professional. Her treatment of me was of a person, not an appointment. And, I appreciated that very much. My only complaint was about the time I was given for my appointment. I told to be there 30 minutes in advance. My appointment was at 9:00 am and I arrived at 8:30 only to be told that my appointment for for 9:30. I was impressed when the front desk personnel apologized as I left, and gave me clear information on when I should arrive for the next appointment. I am 69 and have been seeing Dermatologists since I was 19. With a first experience only, I look forward to working with Dr. W for years to come.

Dr Waxweiler Is an amazing doctor, That can establish chemistry with you in about one minute. After he sees you, you come away, knowing that you're glad you came to see him a clever medical group. I've been there several times never a disappointing experience. I'm definitely glad he's my Dermatologist. I will remain his patient as long as he will have me.

My jaw was broken at birth via forceps used regularly during the 1950's. For nearly 70 years, I have been embarrassed because of crocked smile from birth accident and would rarely smile for photos. Dr. Waxweiler is warm and welcoming! As a new patient, the wait wasn't long at all - probably less than 10 minutes. When I was in the room for a full body scan, he was very efficient and shared appropriate feedback. I feel that Dr. Woodson is very helpful medically. My biggest issue is with scheduling and wait time. The last three visits, I have had to wait for about an hour and was only seen after going up to the desk to find out why I was waiting so long. I had a follow up appointment that was rescheduled twice and should have been on Octobern 10 instead of November 27!

Great! Everyone was nice and professional, as well as being knowledgable of their job. Also, when I called to get am appointment the phone was answered on the second ring by a very professional young lady that was very helpful in getting my appointment scheduled.

Dr has great bedside manner, full body analysis (which I was not expecting) and made recommendations for things unrelated to why I was there. Process was fully explained, quick and painless.

Hopefully I won’t have any squamous cell carcinoma pop up anywhere else. Dr Cleaver is so compassionate and concerned with your comfort in a not so comfortable situation.

My minor cysts removal went extremely quickly. I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in promptly. There were 2 folks ahead of me but the wait wasn’t long. I was ushered into the exam room, answered pertinent questions asked by the nurse and she proceeded to prepare the site. When she was done, the Dr came, explained what he was going to do, asked if I had questions and proceeding with the task at hand. Everything went smoothly, they verified I felt alright, gave me instructions for care and then went onto what I assume was their next appt. The nurse then cleaned the area up and applied a topical ointment to help healing and I scheduled my next appt for stitches removal. Very straight forward and smooth.

Everything was fine. The only slight criticism I have is I always want a total complete inspection of all the skin on my body. You are the only doctor that looks at my complete body. The GP's today don't even have you take off your shirt. So if I have any type of a skin issue, you are the only one who will catch it. Jeff

Good experience with Dr. Cleaver. However I would have liked to pick up my prescription on my way home and not have to make a trip back to town. I called my pharmacy and the prescription had not been called in. That was Thursday and on Friday the prescription had still not been called to my pharmacy. So the pharmacy had to call Cleaver's off ice to get the prescription. This needs to be corrected.

Interesting! I liked how she was very thorough and cautious with moles that concerned her. Exactly what I was looking for. However she talked a lot about eye and prostate exams and the importance. Also talked really fast about examining yourself, how frequent you need to and what to look for. In addition kept talking about a sun pill she takes daily or weekly or monthly…not sure. A not much for the first visit. But really like her and the fist bumps!!

The entire team at Cleaver is incredible. I’ve had 2 Mohs surgeries with Dr Cleaver with great results. He has a wonderful bedside manner and explained every step which was very important to me. So relieved to find such a professional and caring practice group.
