Excellent!

The office is professional and friendly. Dr. Waxweiler has a great bedside manner and is accompanied by two nurses during patient's examination. He is very thorough and gives the patient time to express any concerns he/she may have. The offices and bathroom are clean. When a patient arrives, the receptionists focus on checking the patient in and do not chitter chatter among themselves. They give the patient their undivided attention.

Nice, very informative and the entire staff is genuinely helpful. They are very efficient efficient as well, I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. An additional bonus, on top of their five star rating, is the unmistakable Easter morning excitement that washes over you as you find candy EVERYWHERE throughout the office. I'm sold.

I recently had Mohs surgery on my forehead. They made it easy and were flexible on scheduling the appt. The front desk staff was super friendly when I walked in (I was a bit nervous). The Assistant that took me back was polite and friendly and briefed me on what was going to happen. Dr. Cleaver was extremely polite, quick and helped me understand what was about to happen. I was there for a while, but the waiting room was pretty comfy.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Woodson. She was kind thorough and professional. Her treatment of me was of a person, not an appointment. And, I appreciated that very much. My only complaint was about the time I was given for my appointment. I told to be there 30 minutes in advance. My appointment was at 9:00 am and I arrived at 8:30 only to be told that my appointment for for 9:30. I was impressed when the front desk personnel apologized as I left, and gave me clear information on when I should arrive for the next appointment. I am 69 and have been seeing Dermatologists since I was 19. With a first experience only, I look forward to working with Dr. W for years to come.

My jaw was broken at birth via forceps used regularly during the 1950's. For nearly 70 years, I have been embarrassed because of crocked smile from birth accident and would rarely smile for photos. Dr Waxweiler fixed my smile with botox to even my smile and for the first time since elementary school, I am proud of my smile!

Dr. Waxweiler is warm and welcoming! As a new patient, the wait wasn't long at all - probably less than 10 minutes. When I was in the room for a full body scan, he was very efficient and shared appropriate feedback. I feel that Dr. Woodson is very helpful medically. My biggest issue is with scheduling and wait time. The last three visits, I have had to wait for about an hour and was only seen after going up to the desk to find out why I was waiting so long. I had a follow up appointment that was rescheduled twice and should have been on Octobern 10 instead of November 27!

Dr.Woodson is great! She comes into the exam room with a smile, asks a few questions, makes a diagnosis, recommends treatment and leaves with a smile. I had changed facial washes then had a breakout. Dr has great bedside manner, full body analysis (which I was not expecting) and made recommendations for things unrelated to why I was there. Process was fully explained, quick and painless.

Hopefully I won’t have any squamous cell carcinoma pop up anywhere else. Dr Cleaver is so compassionate and concerned with your comfort in a not so comfortable situation.

My minor cysts removal went extremely quickly. I arrived a few minutes early and was checked in promptly. There were 2 folks ahead of me but the wait wasn’t long. I was ushered into the exam room, answered pertinent questions asked by the nurse and she proceeded to prepare the site. When she was done, the Dr came, explained what he was going to do, asked if I had questions and proceeding with the task at hand. Everything went smoothly, they verified I felt alright, gave me instructions for care and then went onto what I assume was their next appt. The nurse then cleaned the area up and applied a topical ointment to help healing and I scheduled my next appt for stitches removal. Very straight forward and smooth.

Everything was fine. The only slight criticism I have is I always want a total complete inspection of all the skin on my body. You are the only doctor that looks at my complete body. The GP's today don't even have you take off your shirt. So if I have any type of a skin issue, you are the only one who will catch it. Jeff

Dr Waxweiler was very thorough in checking moles and spots.

Good experience with Dr. Cleaver. However I would have liked to pick up my prescription on my way home and not have to make a trip back to town. I called my pharmacy and the prescription had not been called in. That was Thursday and on Friday the prescription had still not been called to my pharmacy. So the pharmacy had to call Cleaver's off ice to get the prescription. This needs to be corrected.

Interesting! I liked how she was very thorough and cautious with moles that concerned her. Exactly what I was looking for. However she talked a lot about eye and prostate exams and the importance. Also talked really fast about examining yourself, how frequent you need to and what to look for. In addition kept talking about a sun pill she takes daily or weekly or monthly…not sure. A not much for the first visit. But really like her and the fist bumps!!

The entire team at Cleaver is incredible. I’ve had 2 Mohs surgeries with Dr Cleaver with great results. He has a wonderful bedside manner and explained every step which was very important to me. So relieved to find such a professional and caring practice group.

Dr. Cleaver is the best dermatologist. He genuinely cares about his patients. He is very thorough in his check-ups. On top of that he is Mohls surgery certified.

First time visit and highly recommend. The entire staff was friendly, professional and efficient. PA and doctor took time to explain things to me, didn’t feel rushed and they were thorough.

I was very satisfied with the procedure performed on me except for pre-preparation around the wound area on my head. I feel it would have been better to shave the hair around the surgical area for the placement of the wound dressing and adhesive bandage after the surgery to avoid the pain and agony of hair pulling when the bandage was to be removed. The warm shower and soap didn't help as was recommended.

Dr Woodson is a very professional and conscientious doctor who actually cares about her patients! I would strongly recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist!

Very professional and caring! Went for a follow-up on my nails (trauma to the nail beds). He did my yearly skin check and commented on how well I've maintained the use of sunscreen. My husband really wants to start seeing him and my mother-in-law wants me to call and get her set-up with him!

Dr.V is amazing. She knew exactly what my skin issue was. She prescribed me the topical and it cleared my issue quickly.

A little late to the exam room but pretty good for the afternoon shift. Using all of the information in their database they really make you feel like they know you personally. Dr. Clever always positive, quick to resolve any issue. He has done several MOS surgeries that turned out very nicely.

I had a very good experience with Ms. Watson. She took her time and addressed my concerns. A lot was discussed about new non-steroidal creams and I became very confused on the discussion. In addition to this, I am hard of hearing so struggle to hear all that is discussed between myself, the nurse and Ms. Watson.

The best doctor

I met with Dr. Waxweiler today for a cosmetic consultation. He looked at me closely and gave me a great game plan to combat my melasma! The amount of time he took to explain the process and how we would treat during the summer then possibly change it up during the fall built my confidence in my skin care routine.
