She worked as a Registered Nurse for several years at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville in the Emergency Department. In 2022 she earned her Master's of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2022 from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. Erica joined Cleaver Medical Group in September 2022 and serves as the full time provider for the Dahlonega office.

Outside of work Erica enjoys being outdoors, jogging, spending time with her husband and family.
