Stephen Tolson, MHA
Practice Administrator


Stephen Tolson has spent over two decades working in healthcare.  Prior to assuming the role of Practice Administrator for Cleaver Medical Group, he spent over 20 years in the military. While serving in the US Army, he held numerous positions as a caregiver, and later as a clinic administrator, retiring from Camp Frank D. Merrill in Dahlonega GA in 2015.  Mr. Tolson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, as well as maintains his National Registration as an Emergency Medical Technician.



Miranda Flack, EMT
Medical Assistant

Miranda Flack was born in Lawrence, Kansas. She moved to Georgia with her family about 10 years ago. Miranda is certified as an Emergency Medical Technician and is always wanting to learn more about different specialties in medicine and ways in which she can help people. She enjoys assisting on both sides of the clinic and learning from our doctors. Just simply making a patient feel comfortable and welcome is one of Miranda’s favorite parts of her job. In addition to patient care, she is passionate about animal rescue, horseback riding and just about any outdoor activity.





Scott Morrison, CNA
Medical Assistant

Scott Morrison was raised in Niceville, Florida.  He attended the University of West Florida where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology.  After graduation, Scott worked for a year as a certified nursing assistant in Bluewater Bay, Florida.  Shortly after, he relocated to Georgia and started working with the group.  Scott enjoys getting to know the patients and ensuring that their care is the upmost priority.  In addition to assisting both the dermatology and pain management sides, he oversees the lab management and ensures regulatory compliance.
